What does it cost?
Browsing profiles is free. One credit unlocks one nanny's WhatsApp number, and credits never expire. The price of each pack is shown at checkout, before you pay.
Is ibu.family an agency?
No. We do not employ or place nannies. You agree pay, hours and the work arrangement directly with the nanny.
What do you check?
We check every nanny's KTP before her profile goes live, and delete the KTP image once that check is done. Star ratings come only from families who unlocked her contact here. References come from families she worked for before, and each one is confirmed with a code sent to that family's WhatsApp number.
How do I contact a nanny?
Log in with your email, open her profile and unlock her WhatsApp number. Then you talk to her directly.
Can I get a refund?
Credits are non-refundable once a contact has been revealed.
I am a nanny. Do I pay anything?
No. Nannies never pay, not to list a profile and not to be contacted.
