Privacy

This page is a draft pending legal review.

We store a family's email address, a nanny's phone number and profile details, and a nanny's uploaded photo, video and KTP image.

This information is stored so families and nannies can find each other and so an admin can verify a nanny's identity before her profile goes live.

A nanny's KTP image is deleted once an admin approves or rejects her profile; only the verification date is kept.

A nanny's phone number is shown only to a family that has unlocked her contact.

When a family writes a reference, we store the WhatsApp number it was confirmed with, so we can check references; it is never shown on the site.
