The platform only provides a nanny's contact details to a family that pays for that contact.

The platform does not employ, place or supply any nanny as a worker.

Nannies never pay any fee to appear on or use the platform.

Hiring terms, pay and the work arrangement are agreed directly between the family and the nanny, outside the platform.

Credits are non-refundable once a contact has been revealed.
